Follow-up coaching session is available to participants at discounted rates. Follow-up coaching provides you with superior development of your understanding and skills and allows you to rehearse for that important presentation or speech. Terms and Conditions An advance deposit of a minimum of $150 is required to secure a seat in one of our workshops. Full payment of the remaining balance is required two weeks in advance, except by prior arrangement. We understand that sometimes cancellations and rescheduling needs to happen, and endeavour to make allowances and reschedule you at no charge for legitimate personal need, to be determined by us at our discretion. Cancellations made any time after initial reservation will be charged $150. Cancellations made within 2 weeks and 1 week prior to the first workshop date will be charged an administration fee of $250, including the deposit. Cancellations made within 1 week prior to the first workshop date will be charged at the full (100%) workshop rate. If you wish to reschedule with greater than 1 week's notice, no charge will be incurred. Rescheduling within 1 week prior to the workshop date will incur a $150 reschedule fee. Additional reschedules after this date will always incur a $200 reschedule fee, regardless of timing of notice and no refund will be granted for subsequent cancellation, regardless of length of notice. Cancellation or reschedule requests will only be deemed to have been made if you have received contact back from Lamplighter Performance Consulting to confirm your request. Lamplighter will not be responsible for misplaced or mis-sent requests. Please note: a heavy work schedule will not be deemed a legitimate reason for cancellation or postponement. Substitutions of another person for a place at a workshop may be made for no charge. Please advise as soon as possible with name change. Lamplighter Event Cancellation In the event that we must cancel a workshop, we will offer a place in a later workshop or a full refund of all monies paid to date.
