Peter works with you in a private and personalised program that focuses on your needs. Together, we create a schedule that involves not only our coaching sessions, but may also involve "live coaching" at pre-determined events, stakeholder 360 degree interviews, analysis of speaking successes, speech writing collaboration and more. Coaching sessions may be held at your office, one of our offices or a convenient off-site location, or in the privacy of your home by arrangement.

Your coaching program and investment is arranged up front, as we prefer to take a value-based fee approach in all of our work - so we will agree on the overall value to you and your organisation up front and create a plan for achieving your goals. We will work towards achieving those goals over an agreed time frame that best suits your needs and the change and support required.

Coaching Options Include ...

1. Foundations session – ½ day (3 hr) introduction to the foundational concepts of Authentic Speaking® and effective public speaking. Review and analyse examples of great 20th/21st Century Speeches. Analysis and application of communication principles. Use of voice, presence, personality and personal interests. Identify key areas for performance improvement.
2. Intermediate Sessions – further ½ day coaching sessions, focusing on consolidation of learning and improvement. Preparation for extended discourses. Structures and approaches for specific functions and addresses. Improvements based on previous speaking engagements, analysis and feedback. Further Authentic Speaking® content delivery. Identify specific improvements and development areas.
3. Advanced Persuasion and Professional Speaking Sessions – further ½ day coaching sessions. Learn advanced structuring of speeches, advanced techniques, use of stage and presence to create influence, advanced stagecraft. Presentations for Mass Media.
4. Job Shadowing – Observations in formal and informal situations and "point of delivery" coaching.
5. 360º degree assessment interviews – For Senior Executives, we interview colleagues and stakeholders for a thorough qualitative and confidential review of your communication and leadership; the highest quality feedback possible.
6. Speech-writing/advisement services. After coaching, you may wish to use our services as a support in speech development and writing.
7. On-site Coaching – We provide on-site support for special occasions; rehearsal of key principles and requirements before address; environment assessment and support; audience response assessment; delivery support and feedback.

Coaching is developed into a package to support you, your schedule and your important upcoming speaking engagements.

Where

Sessions may be conducted at Lamplighter’s home or Perth offices, at your offices or in the privacy of your own home. We may occasionally rehearse at the venue where you will deliver a key presentation, if possible.

When

By mutual agreement, generally during business hours. Special occasion or after hours support may be negotiated.
